I always get great sandwiches here. But none of the employees know how to make a melt. Every time I ask for one they just think I want it toasted. The owner is no different. I would hope that someone in this store reads this. It's on your menu, you should know how to make it like the other subways. 🤷🏻♂️

The guy was super nice that made my sandwich. But he forgot the cheese on my vegetarian delight. Otherwise I'd give him five stars. Thank you for your service you are extra sweet.

I love the hilarious duo of the dreaded man and his bigger companion they always make my sandwiches with love and give out such a great comfortable environment the energy at this Sinclair subway is always a fun experience !

Rude sandwich maker...no patience for a first time customer. Sandwiches don't look anything like the photos in their ads. I don't think I will be back for seconds! Mike's makes a much better sub...and they are friendly!

my entire family got food poisoning after eating here and one of the workers kept following us saying we had to pay for our stuff assuming we were stealing because of our skin color

Skip this location and drive a couple blocks further down Harbor Blvd for better service. Supposed store manager Alexandra doesn't have customer service 101 skills. Such as when you're out of a product, don't inconvenience the customer further by tying up their money on double transactions as you refund the first order 3+ days later. It's not their fault you didn't have product. Refund the $6 and move on... and don't be a rude idiot when challenged on bad service, very tacky!
