Dunkin'

This is the best Dunkin I’ve been to and coming from New England I’ve been to a lot. They are always polite and efficient. The manager is absolutely amazing. Even though they are short staffed and have to close the lobby due to staffing, she goes above and beyond to get my daily coffee to me. I order in advance on the app everyday. She knows me by name and vehicle. When the lobby is closed and the drive through line is long, she sees my on the go order and will still take the time to bring my coffee out so I can still get to work on time and skip the line. Her service and positive attitude why I go out of my way to go to this location each day!

They're always willing to make my latte the way I like it, provide fast drive through service and have the best fresh coffee. The last time I went through the drive through they noticed I had my dig and gave him a special treat🙂. They work quite hard and deserve good tips like what are given at the other coffee place across the street.

Today, at 11:15am, I had an awesome experience at this Dunkin. I ordered 2 sausage wraps and they both were over cook. A young lady, African American, (didn’t get her name) that just come off break approached me at the counter and I explained that I didn’t want anything, refund or remake, just wanted them to be aware. She offered to remake them and told me it would only take 30sec. I told her no, that I rarely have an issue and I just wanted them to know. While I was sitting in the dining room she brought out two wraps that she made herself. They were fantastic. Thanks for the GREAT experience. She was awesome!!!
