I've been coming to Hub Sushi for more than 6 years now, and the quality of the food and service never disappoints. They serve all the classics really well, but their signature dishes are well worth a try as well. The sauces are a bit too sweet and might not be to everyone's taste, but it's pitch perfect for me.

Their patio is open, but they haven't set up their space for dine-in yet. So, you can order for takeout and benefit from the offers they have for takeout orders. We ordered "Washington Roll" which is Red Dragon Roll, "Caterpilla Roll" which is Green Dragon Roll, "Hub Lobster Roll", "Basil Salmon Pressed Sushi" and shrimp tempura. The rolls are bigger than other sushi places and we didn't expect that; so, we had leftovers for dinner, too. LOL All the rolls were made of fresh ingredients and they tasted amazing. Especially, the Hub Lobster roll was amazing. Also, I've never thought the combination of basil and sushi would be good, but to my surprise, it tasted really good. I would suggest ordering from their "Special Rolls" because they have many rolls on their menu that you cannot find in other sushi places.

First time ordering on UberEats, got the spider roll and the torched rainbow roll for around $40. I don't eat sushi often, so when I first saw their photos on UberEats, I wondered how anyone could possibly feel satisfied on only 8 pieces of sushi. Boy, was I wrong. When I opened the box, low and behold, 2 fat sushi rolls bestowed my eyes. The fish was fresh and the sauces were on point. The soft shell fried crab was really crispy. This was a really good sushi place, I'll definitely be coming here again.

Update: highly recommend the salmon aburi sushi. It consistently has the best flavour and presentation compared to other restaurants in the area. Salmon avocado roll is also excellent—it looks simple but has adequate flavour and large pieces of salmon & avocado. Absolutely top notch service from the moment we stepped inside. It's a cozy little place suitable for dates as well as small-to-moderate group gatherings. We ordered a 32 piece combo with 4 different rolls from the menu, which were prepared quickly and arranged beautifully. The favourite at the table was the lobster roll. Went on a Saturday afternoon and it wasn't that busy so it's a great quiet lunch spot with no wait.
