Starbucks

Loved this location right by the beach! I noticed that the music got louder as the evening began so it feels like a party is about to start as it gets dark. Not sure they're open that late though. It was busy even for a Sunday and the bathroom lineup was very long. The service and atmosphere are good but my caramel ribbon crunch Frappuccino was lacking in flavour and crunch. I think Starbucks in general struggles with consistency in their Fraps across locations though. Anyway, I would visit again.

Everything is fine except the barista who wears that large chain necklace all the time. I’m a regular, living nearby and I have to deal with him every week. He is always acting like a jerk. He might be the rudest barista I’ve seen in my life. Every time I ask a question he gives passive aggressive answers. He is always rude not just during closing or busy hours, always. If he is closing, he will kick you out with an extremely rude attitude. If you ask for a cup or anything, he will do it with an attitude. It’s your freaking job dude get over yourself. I’ve worked as a barista for years, I know it can be stressful or even unbearable but thats not how you treat a customer. You need to fix that attitude. Take it easy, be friendly, be respectful. I’ll make this review 5 stars if I see an improvement. Edit: I saw him today and he was quite nice. I don’t know if my prior review made any impact but I’m glad to see him improved. I want to thank you to a partner who made my drinks. Beacuse I asked something difficult. I usually order Americano or drip coffee without creme and sugar. But especially today, I want to try to drink another thing. So I asked her if you could make your favorite drinks at Starbucks. Also I said no matter coffee or another one. Fortunately, I don't have any allergy and I'm not picky eater. (Except cilantro haha) She was pondering for a while. But typed her favorite custom. What do you think it would taste like? The empty cup in the picture can show my answer. After arriving home, I just was wondering why I want to try to drink another thing today. At the end of the day, I realized I felt my regular routine is boring. I came here to learn English. But because maybe I came here a little bit later, my Engilsh didn't imrove well(of course, I might not study hard lol) So I guess I've just hit a slump. To me like that, her favorite custom drink makes me refresh. From today, when I feel I hot a slump, I'll customize this recipe. Or I might challenge another recipe🤭 I would like to say once again that I'm grateful that she did not reject my request!

This Starbucks is definitely above averaged. I love the interior design. The baristas were super helpful and friendly. I didn’t spend a long time there but it seems peaceful enough to have a coffee date or even to study. The view is also very nice (you can see the water). I’d return in the near future!
