Nice large store, perfectly located next to Burrard Theatre, close to all favourite trendy restaurants. Floor to ceiling windows, no views, looks into a parking garage driveway. Baristas make good drinks, but took back 1 star cause cashier couldn't answer any questions about ingredients and drink choices. Pumpkin has extended from lattes to Mochas and Nitro/Cold Brews. Lots of sidewalk table seating. Accessible entrance and seating.

Came in when both of the espresso machines were broken at this location, however that did not stop the staff from offering wonderful alternatives to my drinks that I actually enjoyed, and in particular Farin was splendid at offering coffee misto on their clover machine instead of my americano misto that I’ve been drinking for years, and the best part was that I found my new favourite drink! She was very bright and respectful with the customers and worked very deligently. The young gentleman, Eren, was also very sociable and made the couple minutes of wait time enjoyable while working quickly to serve customers. All in all a very bad situation that was turned into a wonderful experience by the staff in the store.
