Mcdonald's

Crew does not listen or understand english. The answer to everything is "ok". Order no sauce 3 times = two different sauces . Order 2 mcdouble = no mcdouble. Ask for fries with kids meal get apple slices. No customer service would actually be better than what they offer. Which is pay me more plus tip in exchange for , you get what you get. Burger King wins again.

Pros - Having both worked for McDonald's and consumed their products for many years, I can say that the customer service here is quite superb. They pay attention to your order, and so far I've not had an issue with missing items or incorrect orders. I feel like a welcomed and valued customer here. Cons - I can see why they went with a 2-lane drive through, to ease congestion. Though with that said, getting into and out of this location can be a bit of a chore. Between the narrow street, cars parked on both sides of the street, and awkward angle you must use to get inside of the lot, I feel this location may benefit from some type of exterior remodel.
