01/10/2022 6:00 PM *Highly Not Recommended* When hungry we come to a place to be served good food and good service and I have to say this is not the place for either. Not only did the employees tell me that 4 pieces of Broccoli and 3 small pieces with 4 or 5 super small pieces of meat for the Broccoli Beef supposed to be like that, but what really got me was the manager on shift tried their best to avoid trying to fix this situation when we brought it to their attention and the employee wanted nothing to do with wanting to help us out. *We asked for more meat and there was one excuse after another until finally they gave in and gave a little bit more Beef and Broccoli. Having 8+ years of managerial experience myself their responses to this matter was very unprofessional and needs to be addressed *Highly Recommend that you address this ASAP before it gets out of hand*. I am extremely disappointed in wasting my time and effort on this place and have to say it was a waste of money. I will never be back to this place so I wish you all the best of luck.

Food is real 50/50 here whether it’s going to be burned or raw. And don’t bother ordering ahead on the app for pickup. It won’t be ready on time anyway. This location never seems to prepare for the noon lunch rush. Hire more people. Pay them what they’re worth. There is no labor shortage - just stingy management.

The one star is for the manager or whoever is running this place because if I could give 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Stars to the workers I would. I go to this place often and food is good but they are always short in staff... There was not food ready in the trays and only one girl in the kitchen and one serving there was at least 10 people waiting, and even with this pressure on this two girls they were nice to people and trying their best to make it work...They should get a raise...although this is not how it should be.

I never thought ordering food at a restaurant would be a legitimately painful experience, one of the employees was very rude, took too long, and gave me the wrong food. The only reason it's two Stars instead of one is because an employee named Allison jumped in and helped me get my food. Probably would have never gotten it without her help.
