Starbucks

I like this particular Starbucks. Realize it’s a big franchise, but at times they provide an important service beyond what is served. The products taste like any other Starbucks, but what I like is that the facilities and hours are good. I go there to drink tea and do some reading or computer work. Homeless are not prevalent here and the lobby is clean.

Starbucks isn't my favorite coffee chain, but I do praise them on consistency. This is a pretty good location, even with long lines, it moves along pretty quickly, and the workers I've come across have all been extremely pleasant. Today I went there with my father and we were pretty indecisive about which pastries we wanted, but the employee helping us was super patient. Our drinks were of typical quality from Starbucks, and I have no complaints!

Recently I had a battery issue with my truck and unfortunately I broke down in their drive thru. While I waited for a tow truck the lady from inside Starbucks I am assuming the manager was so kind and thoughtful. I was so stressed about the situation that I forgot to get her name. I just want to tell her thank you so much for your patience and understanding. Your kindness was very appreciated. Thank You!

They now have one register at this Starbucks. Employees let a crazy customer hold Up the Line for 20 minutes when the manager should have took her aside to explain the process of how the card works and check previous days history on multiple cards she had. The lady just wanted free stuff it was obvious. This team needs customer service Training in a big way, very painful experience!

The worst customer service I ever have experienced. One of the employees there named Sheela is completely rude not only to customers but employees as well. Today has been my last straw. Been going to this location for years now but will never ever go back again. Sheela does not demonstrate the Starbucks model of making any moment right. She treated me with total disrespect. I will gladly take my business elsewhere. I feel bad for anybody who has to work with her or under her probably why they can’t keep employees around and she treats everybody so rude warning to anybody who wants to work at this Starbucks do not do it

This is THE best Starbucks I have ever (ever) been to and I've been to many (many) of them, from Seattle, to Washington DC, to Los Angeles to Miami. It was 100% because of the service. I am embarrassed I cannot recall the gentleman's name, but he knew my name the second day I came in. He even called me out by name as I entered. I was only visiting Vancouver and this guy had my name on day 2. And he was not alone. Another young lady was so (so) nice at the register. I was honestly blown away. Again, I have been to many (many) coffee shops of all sorts, most of which were Starbucks, but this was by far (by far) the best... and that is an understatement. Well done to each of you!
