Panda Express

Ordered a family meal so I requested in the notes to send a "handful of each of the sauce packets" I called the store to make sure they saw the request and also messaged the dasher to make sure it was there upon pick-up. We recieved 2 chili, 2 hot mustard, and 1 soy. In ordering a family meal, that amount of sauce is not enough. I made 3 EXTRA attempts to make sure sauce was included and I get a total of 5. Also I ordered chow mein & white rice with the family deal and extra side order of brown rice, I didn't recieve the white rice. I'm really not impressed with my experience. Management needs to emphasize the importance of reading the whole order and notes.

Id love to review the food, but since I still do t have it after almost an hour, I can’t. What I can review is their service, which is appallingly bad. An hour to make a family meal, and when I called to check the status the answer is “we were really busy”. Doing what? Obviously, not making food for those of us who paid a premium for it. Oh, and they automatically tacked on a 15% tip without notification. I’ll be tipping in cash just to make sure my VERY patient Dasher is rewarded for her service.

It might be the location. But panda used to be more giving in portions. Ordered at the vanc mall bigger plate. Asked for Brown rice and noodle mix. Got rice only. Asked for beef broccoli. Got all Broc. And one piece of beef. To me they are cheapscapes. Could be high rent. I'd rather pay more and get what I asked for than be cheated.

Love it. We go at least twice a month for take out. If you are on a doctor's diet, good place for almost stick to it. I get the super greens, green bean chicken, and broccoli beef. I call it everything green. That way we the doc asks if I've been eating more dark green veggies, I can say yes. Very healthly except for the sodium, but we all know that is way it tastes so good.
