Even though my food wasn't right, they were so nice about accommodating me and correcting my order. I love excellent customer service and will always put it about quality. I'm posting a picture of why I had my food remade. It was just rushed through and thrown together. When I went inside, I could tell they have a lot of new employees and were under a lot of pressure. The only downside, aside from my food being poorly made, is they gave me an ETA and it was at least 3 times longer than what they said it would be and I am still waiting.

My order was Not up to the Colonel's standards. Chicken was over cooked grease needed changing. And this was not the first time either. I love KFC but never this store again. It just as close to the one in opelika.

The service is very slow despite not having that many customers! We asked if both orders were in the bag and we were told yes. We checked the bag and of course it was only one order in there!
