Subway

I frequent this Subway and I always get the best service with a smile from Paola. She is patient, friendly and respectful. She will always check in the back for more doritos and even asked if I needed help carrying my big order! She deserves a raise and praise from management. Paola is the kind of employee you want working for you, Subway is lucky to have her! Thank you Paola!!

Worst experience I've ever had at a subway, the lady making the sandwich did not know the sandwiches (I had to tell her what was on the sandwich in order for her to make it) she also did not speak English other than the names of breads and meats, upon making my sandwich she put absolutely no effort into professionalism she pretty much just tossed it together with all the cheese on one side, I asked for onions and got no onions so rather than trying to translate I said screw it & left with what I had😖 probably should have just went to the Qdoba next door

If I could have gave this place and negative it would have been a negative 10 when I walked in the girl didn't even seem like she was even interested didn't say hello didn't greet her mother was sitting in the booth when I ordered my sandwich I had constantly repeat myself with her then she started just just staring at me like she was going to whatever but yeah I would never recommend this place ever customer service in Vail I am so sorry is really bad

VERY RUDE!!! Two young girls with ear phones in their ears playing with their phones didn’t even know I was in the store. I had to pound their table to get their attention. Once one finally decided to get up and go behind the counter, she said they could only make one sandwich. I just turned around and left and went next door to Qdoba. Those girls need to be fired!!!

I was visiting from Denver this weekend and decided to visit this particular subway. I would not reccomend. I'm an extremely nice person when it come to those working in the service industry. I have worked 15 years in all different types of customer service and can understand how tough it can be. The workers here spent the entire time I was in their store glaring at customers. I tried to smile, ask them how their day was just to be glared at and ignored. They even shot glares while we were eating which made us feel so uncomfortable we ended up leaving to eat in our cars. Next time I'm visiting Vail I will be sure not to pay this establishment another visit. I'd rather give my business to another establishment where it is not viewed as an inconvenience.

This subway used to be good. As of maybe a year or so now it’s pretty bad. They either never have what you ask for, they aren’t always open on time, and their employees are friendly but selectively. They always have loud music coming from the back and there are always kids, I’m assuming employees kids, hanging around in the front or back of the store. Something needs to change but this place is losing its magic.

Incorrect sandwich and accosted by a customer and staff when I went back to get it fixed. Very unprofessional to say I placed an online order. The bread was incorrect; not my fault the staff made an error. My corrected sandwich was then made with older bread instead of fresh. Horrible experience as a local.
