All well presented and and plenty of decent choices. Ok coffee , friendly and polite service. Only gripe is space limited, you have to grab space whilst you can plus quite pricey coffee and cakes unfortunately!

Visited Bertram’s today with my friend for a light lunch. We both had tea and the most delicious Polish apple cake and custard.
The garden centre is lovely but I’d visit again just for the pie!

Had a luxury hot chocolate. It was lush. Friendly staff. Clean and not too noisy.

Good food served by very friendly staff who appear happy in their work. Both indoor and outdoor seating, it can get busy at times. The indoor area has a wood block floor which helps echo conversations and other sounds to create a rather noisy environment.
