Dunkin'

Asked for half as much ice with my medium iced mocha latte. Manager told me with an attitude “you know you won’t get a full cup right?” I acknowledged. She said “ok just making sure you won’t be all eh eh eh” I replied “I usually don’t drink that much milk anyway.”I won’t be supporting this location and will be sharing with everyone I know not to come here. This is my first time here and last time here. A little extra milk shouldn’t be a petty problem from a restaurant. For those people who disagree with me you should understand that when your done drinking your iced drink and there is still too much ice in your drink that’s something you should resist as ‘normal.’

Placed a mobile order at 9:28 AM... For 2 large hot coffees... Didnt get my order until 9:37. They also put out an on the go order with two coffees and food that was placed at 9:30 before mine was done. Unacceptable. Also the boy was moving like a sloth even though it was busy. Looked like he didn't want to be there.
