30+ minutes in the drive through at a McDonald’s? Are you kidding me? Not really what McDonald’s was built on but ok. I’ll just go elsewhere from now on.

hey guys i just want to tell u that i love your nuggets, fries and burgers and i also love the double quarter pounder with cheese which was good to me i will make sure to go there every time because your food tastes delicious to me and also your sweet tea tastes very sweet which is good so i hope all of u like my review. u guys have the best food and drinks in the world!! 😊😊:) :) 👍👍👍👍👍😀😀😀😀😀😀☺☺☺☺☺ i would give ten stars if i could too. it's always clean when i go there every time and the food is always fresh but the fries are a little burnt sometimes but still it's fresh to me. even the nuggets, fries, and burgers are fresh to me and so i hope u like what i said.
p.s. u guys are way better than other fast food restaurants :)

Worst McDonald's staff I have ever dealt with. As a truck driver I am not able to use the drive thru and at every other McDonald's, or any other fast food restaurant, they allow drivers to place a walk up order at the drive thru window.
Not this location. I got nothing but attitude from them and was told if I didn't like it I could just leave his window.
Not one ounce of decency or consideration for the truck drivers who don't get to stop during "normal" business hours.
Guarantee I will never come back here.
And will also tell all the other drivers I know who come through this area not to go here either.

This evening at 9:39 the service was very poor. The staff was unprofessional, dirty, rude I was discussed with the device. I wouldn't feed any of my animals the food from that restaurant. They need to hire people who are responsible mature individuals. The restaurant is filthy door handles need to be cleaned everyday not once in awhile. The staff need to be supervised at all times. North Utica McDonald's used to be cleaned with staff taking pride in their work place. Now they hire people who are irresponsible and childish. They need to build the morale of the place up.
PS I will discourage anyone from entering that restaurant.

Didn't like the customer service at all. I get it's first thing in the morning but just be polite for two mins while a customer is their at least. Rude and displeasing but I didn't wait long and got my food right so it can't be a one star but Def not going out of my way to go their again.

It was horrible walked in at 10:50 so instead of getting lunch we had to get breakfast. 15 minutes later, they still hadn't gotten us our food. We asked and they still had to thaw and make it. Horrible service!! Never again.

McDonald’s is basically old reliable. It doesn’t matter where you go McDonald’s always tastes the same. I’m a big fan of their coffee and McCafe beverages. This location has a unique design and is in an accessible location. It’s also a great place to do some bird watching.

The employees here was very nice and the food was quick. There' was a problem will the coffee but a supervisor he's out there very quickly.. I was very satisfied with the service I received today.. they made my visit here wonderful experience. I arrived here for breakfast and ordered a steak bagel and a McGriddle for my wife
