Ordered online this afternoon, Ty was the only employee working in North Utica, NY restaurant... he was running rapid but extremely kind and friendly. I cannot say enough about this hardworking young man.. there should be more people out there like him. The kid truly deserves kudos and recognition... it is not everyday you witness someone work this hard and dedicated to their job. I was unable to give a survey due to it stating in store receipt only. That should be corrected for anyone to give a review.....

Staff was unpersonable, grudgingly made orders. Had to move broom out of the ordering aisle. Sandwich was skimpy. However iced tea selection and cookies were very good.

The one on North Genesee St. In Utica is great. Staff is ALWAYS friendly and make great loaded subs. Awesome!

Worst place to go. One they close way before they should. Two they hang up on you when You call them out on making your food wrong.!

The wheat bread for the sub was the best and the Manager was exceptionally good at his job. I'll be back again soon.
