Golden's

I’m a performer currently on tour, so I’ve spent the last 5 months eating out a lot going from city to city. This was one of the first home-cooked meals I felt like I’ve had since we got on the road— everything is made from scratch. Not to mention, Jeff is incredibly kind! It’s been one of my favorite food stops to date.

Finally visited Golden's after seeing enough images of delicious looking food and specials every week. I was expecting to walk into a large, fancy diner, but was surprised to find the tiniest little corner diner I've ever been in. Small and comfortable with one dude working at the counter. The owner. Jeff was friendly and impressive as a chef. Everything is prepared in plain site and the food and flavors are beyond anything I've had at another local diner. You'll have that "Oh this is my favorite place now" moment too I'm sure. Price was so reasonable I had to double check to make sure I heard right. $20.80 for two breakfasts and coffees. I was sure it must've been $28.00, but nope. Great experience, five stars all the way around. A "must visit" in Utica.
