I ordered a large amount of food for delivery a few weeks back for a business Xmas party. Not only did they bring the order the wrong day after calling and speaking with the manager directly to confirm delivery date. I had to pay over the phone the morning of the event. I get my receipt no big deal- until I go to submit my expenses and attach the receipt to see the amounts do not match. My receipt said $108. My credit card statement says $172. Not a small amount difference if you ask me. I call everyday for 5 days and kept being told to call back for manager. I fall back for manager speak to get directly and get - “they’ll call me back”. That was yesterday no call obviously so I call again today to the employee telling me to come in be side he doesn’t understand what’s going on. How sad of an establishment that the manager just clearly doesn’t know how to do her job 1 or care for customers 2.

I am so disappointed. I have used domino's for kid's parties because one of the children had to have gluten free food. I ordered online Sat., Jan 15. An hour and a half later I finally called... they answered and said they're still preparing. I asked for an eta and they said it would be another 3 hours. I asked if I could pick it up, nope. 5 starving kids and 2 adults... so disappointing. They could've called. Something should've been done.

Placed an order for delivery, and we waited for an hour and a half before I called to check on the status. The person on the phone informed me that they had changed their system to put carry out orders as a priority over delivery orders. And that we were 15 pizza's back from ours even being prepared depending on possible future carry out orders. Not sure how that makes any sense to automatically put carry out before delivery despite time of order.

Ordered at about 630 pm. By about 930 pm I had called the restaurant 3 separate times, spoke with 2 managers, Matt and Rosie, and did not receive my order. When speaking with the manager Rosie, they kept saying it’s on its way. By the end of the night I demanded a refund but was told I would receive a $20 credit. When telling them I did not want the credit, since I no longer wanted to be their customer, and just wanted to not pay for nothing the manager Matt told me to call him in the morning b/w 9 and 1030 and he will be able to credit the charge. When calling the store 8 separate times between those times I received no answer. When I finally reached an employee at the store at about 11 am, they told me Rosie would be in the store in a little bit and would call me back to assist. Five days later I have yet to receive a call or the refund for the nothing I received and paid for from this Domino’s. This is not the first problem I’ve had with this location (shame on me) but is by far the most egregious and will be the last time their apathetic mismanagement and ineptitude causes me such inconvenience. Consider the $18 you stole from me and considered more important than my patronage severance pay.

I haven't stopped by Domino's for a long time but I had an amazing super thin and crispy meat lovers Pizza tonight that was perfect Quick Service nice people working

Update: gave it another shot & the pizza arrived hot & fresh!

I work nearby and have ordered pizza from this location many times. It's always been fast and good quality up until the last 2 times.
The first time I placed an order online from the app and got a call about 10 minutes later. They said they were extremely busy and unable to do any deliveries, I would have to do a carryout if I wanted my pizza. I told them I couldn't since I was at work and they told me they'd give me a store credit to use. They told me to make sure I called the next time I ordered and they would give me the same amount I had spent off the next order. A few days later I went to do just that, but no one at the store had any idea what I was talking about. They told me I would be getting the money refunded to my card instead. This was over 3 months ago and I never got the refund. I decided not to order here after that.
However tonight I was at work again and hungry and decided to give them another chance. I placed the order through the app again as I had a free pizza available, I added some extras onto my order so it wasn't completely free, just discounted. About 30 minutes after I ordered I got a call again. They told me they were very busy and the wait time on deliveries was about 2 hours. I told them I was fine with waiting and they assured me I would get my pizza. 2 hours later the pizza is still not here so I call to make sure it's still coming. They told me it was and should be here soon. Another hour goes by and still no pizza so I call again, no one answers the phone and I don't have my pizza again. I'm going to call back tomorrow to ask for a refund, but I assume it will be the same situation as the first where they promise a refund and never deliver.
I used to reccomend this place, but not anymore. Don't order from here if you actually want your pizza to be delivered. I am tired of being cheated out of my money and food and will not be ordering from this store again. I suggest anyone planning on ordering from this location strongly reconsider. They will not deliver your pizza and they won't give you a refund either.
