I've never had a bad experience in the 10+ years I've been ordering. Pizza has always came hot and fresh and the breadsticks are the best in town.
The week before this order I placed an order online and unfortunately the delivery time was too long, I called them and got the order canceled with no issue.

Terrible Customer Service.
Took 2 hours to receive pizzas I ordered as a thank you to my staff. Half of which were ready to leave for the day before the pizzas ever arrived. I called to ask about rectifying the situation and the GM was very rude and told me "just because I'm busy doesn't mean I give out free pizzas". As someone who works in customer service I was not impressed with the way it was handled or his attitude. And as someone who orders very large amounts of pizzas for large team events multiple times a year I will be bringing my business elsewhere after this experience. No reason to be rude.

Took an hour and a half. Called to complain about cold pizza and not even an apology, which should have been the first thing. Pizza Hut is better

Sauce was opened and spelt sauce all of the pizza and messed up on the pizza and manger refuse to fix my food and hung up on me after waiting a hour and half !! Horrible customer service!!!

2 topping pizza pepperoni and jalapeños. Very poorly made pizza very little pepperoni.
Called to let manager know. It was a special but don't skip your customer.
I will not order for delivery again as I want to see pizza before I pay.

I order carry out from this specific location several times a month. Every time the crew is courteous and the order is always on point. When i pick it up the service is friendly and my pizza is hot and ready. This crew rocks it! Great job!
