Brewlicious

We ordered a coffee and hot chocolate along with 2 bacon and egg rolls to go. They weren’t busy, they had 1 large table of customers and 2 tables of 2. We waited 15/20 minutes for our drinks not too bad, when I asked where our rolls were I was told they were coming. A gentleman that was obviously a regular walked in long after us got his drink order and food almost immediately, when I saw this I walked in and again asked where our rolls were, the young girl who looked about 15 went and checked again and said there is going to be a wait (we’d already waited more than 20 minutes) when prompted to ask how much longer she informed me another 15 minutes. Keep in mind these were just 2 bacon and egg rolls. I mean they should have bacon ready to go and then it takes 3 mins to cook an egg. I asked for a refund and left really angry as I was so hungry. The drinks were great but don’t order food there. They need to reduce staff (there were 4 teenagers standing around doing nothing) and concentrate on their food delivery. The busy table even complained their orders were incorrect. For a small tucked away local that has obvious regulars it was very surprising, we won’t go again unless we have an hour to wait for our food which could then be wrong 😂
