First time going to a Dunking Donuts. The coffee was amazing. Tasted fresh. And the gentleman at the drive trough(I believe his name was Camile) was really nice and courteous, and helped me with my order very tentatively. Planning on returning back.

i placed a mobile order and walked in about 5 minutes later and it was ready. i didn't know that there was a separate counter for the mobile orders but the girl at the front counter told me. they have a huge parking lot here and a drive thru as well. i'll be stopping by again for some quick breakfast if i'm in the area.

Went for a drive thru ordered a dozen and when we got home its missing 3 which is for 1 of my kids. Went back there to report only thing the server said is pull over. Even the one in front of is he was about to leave when he realize that he is missing order, tap on the window and showed his order then another bag was handed out to him. This place is not even busy. Waste of gas and not worth to go.

Come here for the coffee because it's more reasonably priced than Starbucks. The morning shift always gets my coffee correct. As for the afternoon shift not so much but still they will fix it. Staff is kind and the donuts are pretty good as well. Definitely taste your coffee before leaving the drive thru though.

So let me start with I'm from the east coast where Dunkin is everywhere. I moved to Redlands about 10 years ago and unfortunately we don't have a Dunkin in Redlands. So occasionally I get the urge to jump in the car and go to a Dunkin. Last night I came to the one in Upland and let me tell you I wasn't disappointed. Cathy P. was amazing. She has a heart of gold and she made mine and my kids night last night. Thank you Cathy, you and your coworkers are amazing!!
