Great service called an order for delivery, gentleman answered the phone understood exactly what I wanted. He told me 30 minutes for delivery, I got the food in 20. Cooked perfectly and pizza was still hot which is rare with Union Pizza Places. Undercarriage was cooked perfectly. I was definitely a satisfied customer. Definitely going to return!!

Absolutely phenomenal place and service. I’ve ordered delivery from here a dozen times. Always consistent. Always warm. Always quick. I never have an issue with my customizations either. Remove this that him or her and it’s all gone. Delicious. Safe bet. Inexpensive. Just a phenomenal establishment. Delivery took 20 minutes today.

Went to pick up a uber delivery order and when I arrived they just started the order so I proceeded to tell the guy I didn’t have the time to wait and I was going to cancel myself out of the delivery. Which means someone else is going to be assigned to delivery, not that the order was going to be canceled. The guy who worked there started yelling at me telling me it’s my job to stay there and wait for the food. I do not have to stay and do anything that I don’t want / feel comfortable doing. There was a couple people in there eating and he didn’t care and was still yelling at me making me feel very uncomfortable. I told the lady someone else would come and pick up the food and walked out. Even when I was getting I to my car I still heard the guy yelling from inside the restaurant. He should not be able to deal with customers as he handled the whole situation very wrong. I will never pick up an order or personally order food from here at all! If I could give it 0 stars at I would. Also I wouldn’t be surprised if they reply to this comment with something negative as they did with other one star reviews. There is so many other good pizza places in Union that you guys should spend your money on.

Ordered a pepperoni pie and garlic knots for in-store pick up. Thought it’d be a simple in and out. Not only was the pepperoni and cheese burnt BLACK and inedible but when I pointed this out, I was yelled and cursed at by what looked to be the owner. The garlic knots also had mold on it so I question if this was a few day old batch of them. Food poisoning waiting to happen if I didnt’t notice. Would never bother going here again and I warn others before coming as well.
