White Castle

I ordered ahead on the app and arrived some time after the order was scheduled to be ready. There were 3 workers behind the counter. Shortly after arriving, one of the workers handed food to 2 other people who were already waiting inside. She then turned away without acknowledging me or at least saying that "someone" would help me. Neither did the other 2. One was at the fryer, one at the grill, and the other taking drive-thru orders. I stood at the counter for about another 5 minutes before speaking out loud that I must be invisible. Still no one acknowledged me. I had to get loud saying HELLO, EXCUSE ME before the guy with his back to me taking drive-thru orders finally turned around. He thought he was going to tell me to wait, but I told him that I had been standing there far too long for anyone of them to acknowledge me, and that I was picking up my mobile order. It wasn't until then that the same woman at the grill that had handed the other couple their food moved to find mine bagged and sitting off to the side.

I ordered a sack of shrimp nibblers and a chicken and waffle sliders. My husband ordered #2, double cheese sliders. Sack!!!!!! That's the smallest sack I have ever seen. 😂 Shrimp tested alright, not great enough to go back for! I specifically asked no bacon on chicken and waffle slider, but there it was. Gross and nasty 🤢 bacon. Cook mentioned her ordering screen doesn't show specific instructions!! What does that mean?? Either they need to do something about the order display screen or person taking orders need to convey the specific instructions to the cook. Anyway, chicken and waffle slider was testy enough that my husband said he will go back for it. 😊 His cheese sliders were ok/ as expected... 😐
