I had a fantastic time at Panera, and I have to give a shoutout to their manager, Omar. He made my visit extra special with excellent service and a friendly attitude. Thanks to Omar and the team for a great dining experience!

I accidentally ordered at the wrong Vienna location, rather than this one. The manager, Nadia, went above and beyond with fixing my problem. She even went as far as walking to my far parked car to let me know she had fixed the issue.

It was not crowded and the food was done quickly. I love the panel where tell you when your food is ready

I go to Panera almost every day and this is by far the best Panera in town. Particularly because of the manager Omar who always greets everyone with a “hello” and a smile. He is very polite and prompt to help. He even came around the corner and made my green tea with light ice. He really goes the extra mile for his customers. Highly recommend this location.

I have been to this Panera off and on for at least eighteen years (though not at all frequently). I'm amazed by how well they have kept the place up over the years!

Very nice place with a good vibe. Clean, friendly, excellent service.staff well trained, hard working and friendly and a manager Omar is excellent, he greets clients by their name and is always friendly and smiling. 5 stars for this place definitely for atmosphere, service and cleanliness. .

I have always enjoyed eating at Panera Bread; I love this chain and highly recommend it. Almost every location I went to was spacious, had enough seating and tables, clean bathrooms, tidy and polished food-handlers, reasonable prices, fresh bakery, high quality salads, sandwiches, coffee and generous portions.

Panera is a great spot for getting either healthy food or downright bread. Very relaxed atmosphere and good food. Service is always good and food is always delivered fast.

This location is pretty big with both indoor and outdoor seating. I had to get my car serviced and needed to kill sometime so came here. Very clean, very friendly and helpful staff. If you haven’t really had this egg white spinach sandwich yet, you are missing out on deliciousness.
