Shipley Donuts

Somehow this place has gone on without getting a presence made for Google maps. Had to correct that just to leave this. I have to get up pretty early to go to work so I'm usually out the door about 4:50 in the morning. I'm well aware that's early for the rest of the world. And I dont expect places to cater to me just because I'm usually the first person in the door when the open sign comes on. With that being said. Everytime I have come to this location to get something. I'm met with a certain hostility of one lady that doesn't seem to ever get up on the correct side of the bed. She always has an attitude with me no matter what I ask for. Whether its something in view or not. One other thing is that they never have anything ready when they open. They only have the stuff that is probably not fresh and didn't have to actually make that morning. Likely stuff leftover from the day before.

Not a good Shipleys. I have tried this one on 3 separate occasions and still the same. Kolaches were barely warm and little cheese in them, chocolate glazed taste more like cinnamon than chocolate, and coffee is week or watered down. If you want Shipley's just go to the one on Troup Hwy it's much better.

The donuts are the best I’ve ever had in my life. But to be honest it’s not worth it anymore because the lady that works there is so freaking rude!! It’s obnoxious and I’ll never go back there again. She makes you feel like she’s doing you a huge favor by serving you donuts!!! Like you’re the most annoying inconvenience on the planet. I tried to be extra nice this morning, and she was SOOO rude I was shocked! If you don’t care about a horrible customer service and the donuts might be worth it to you. But it’s not for us! Sorry not sorry

Today I had a horrible experience, the guy was rude and I asked for a cinnamon roll and he gave me a cinnamon twist and told me their the same and since I already had it in my car he wouldn't change it even though it was his mistake. Also the blueberry cake donuts look like they bought them from the store and put icing on them. Also when I gave him 4$ for my total he failed to give me my change I was for back 65 cents and I guess everyone is lying and taking advantage of the change shortage so they can keep everyone's chang. I will not be bk that have gotten besides themselves and gotten big head at this shipley's...their donuts have gotten so nasty..ughhh horrible service and nasty donuts 🤢🤢🤢
