Just ranking the food I would say 4 stars- it was pretty good. Our waiter was great and very friendly. The staff responsible for cleaning were not very busy to say the least. The music coffee was definitely for the younger employees. Women's bathroom was not clean smelled like a straight up full septic tank. There is obviously a plumbing issue that needs to be dealt with or just ventilation. I hope it can get better.

I really liked this location, very clean and very good service. The waitress was very attentive, got us bread and drinks right away and checked up on us regularly. The food came out quick and the steak was prepared just the way it should have been and perfectly seasoned. I usually like the steak medium-rare, with warm inside and it was just perfect, with enough blood, soft, tender and juicy. Needless to say, I was pleasantly surprised.

I took my husband for his birthday his favorite is steak and lobster. The lobster we got looked like a shriveled piece of old rubber, and tasted as much. It’s the worst feeling too have to point out this to the staff seriously who thinks bringing out a lobster looking like that is ok. At this point my husband did not want it anymore, my steak was now cold. They brought out lobster tails cooked as they should have been. Thanks but it was just a totally bad experience.

Very friendly and professional service. The waiter even had a sense of humor to give us a personal touch. The food portions are definitely plentiful, the hamburgers are stacked high and the blooming fried chicken breast was nothing short of amazing. And of course it would be a wasted trip if you didn’t have the blooming onions.

The service was awesome, had a great waitress. The food on the other hand... Can tell the steaks were microwaved then cooked, the husband's tasted it to a T. For the 2 of us wad almost 70 bucks and we weren't drinking. Are there no good steak houses in Twin??

They are ok. Wasn't impressed with how their steaks were cut which made them unevenly cooked. Nice place but just wasn't super impressed. The lighting is weird. It is like they dont want you to notice your raw cooked steak when you ordered medium well.

While the experience was ok. They were under-staffed, only two people serving... whoever made the house seasoning was severely heavy handed on the pepper... it was in everything... not a little... so much we couldn't finish our food... we did take it home to finish later in smaller quantities lol it was a very expensive learning experience... but the two staff were great so no worries.

Excited for prime rib, there were 3 of us , ordered a small and large prime rib. Waitras said she would bring extra plate. No extra plateask for gravey, no gravy. Baked potatoe not done; fries cold and ask for med large prime rib it was rare and both prime ribs were cold. No refill on drinks will not be back! I do not reccomend Outback😝 very poor service!
