Khao Thai

I visited the restaurant with my family for lunch and I will come back. Nice atmosphere, delicious drinks and food, service is perfect, I have some food allergies that were treated seriously and respectfully. The restaurant is also baby-friendly, they give my 6mo stream rice so he could enjoy the food as well. Thank you for the experience

Ate here on 17/09/23. Cosy feeling restaurant, which was empty when I got there. Having driven from Reading to meet up for lunch for my daughter's upcoming birthday, I was made to feel welcome while I waited for her and and her partner to arrive. Lady was friendly and offered advice around parking on Sundays., so they got to park right outside! Order was taken, and brought out in a good timely manner. Loved the food!! They were accomodating, for two vegans and an omnivore, and the food was beautiful! I'd say that maybe add a few more vegan friendly options, and I think you'd have frequent repeat customers from them both and their like-minded friends!!! The lady said at least now I know about the free parking on Sundays for next time... I would actually make the effort to come back again to lunch with my daughter! Thank you all!

Went here with the family a few weeks ago and it was amazing. Ordered the tom kha with chicken which was very authentic. Chicken and prawn cakes and the pad see iew were other highlights. We were served by nee who made sure to accommodate all our needs - and even got us mango sticky rice as a special request (10/10). Tip - order the Thai iced tea!

Love this place. Ordering directly from their website gives you free delivery, no ‘service fee’ and delivery faster than any of the dedicated food delivery services. The food is always great and I think it’s pretty reasonably priced. There are several Thai places nearer to where we live, but we always come back to Khao Thai.
