Food great, just the lines too long. Need a better efficient way to serve the guests. Plates are delicious, look at that beef....mmmmm good.

The food has always tasted consistent… however the customer service has been lacking… ordered online… menu item was not in store…. One would think that they would have called and said we needed to choose another item… food sits on counter and gets cold… missing item … just not happy with panda at all… won’t be back for awhile

I normally love this panda express. So whoever you guys just hired needs to go. Extremely small portions, feels like I just got served a kids meal. I got like 5 small bites of orange chicken. And chowmein that was half just plain dry noodles, no sauce at all. And my friends meal was completely wrong and changed...

I ordered online and still had to wait more than 30 min once I got to the store. They were not even that busy, employees just seemed like they could not stay focused on what they were doing. Mobile orders were being completely ignored. While I waited I watched people walk in the store and order and get their food before mine was even started. The whole point of online ordering is to cut down on wait times.

Went on a Saturday 1 hour after opening had to wait on a refills of dishes. Overall food was hot and fresh. Enjoy
