I was given the wrong order at the drive-up window, and had to circle back and wait only to be told that the order I wanted wouldn't be ready for 22 minutes. I think I'm done with KFC. The attitude of the server who refunded my money also left a lot to be desired. No apology.

Usually I enjoy KFC.. Today not so much, my favorite item (pot pie) was not fresh.. Circled back around & returned it & exchanged for hot wings because they didn't have another. My wings were hard & dry! Today was a bad one for me & KFC...
