Burger King

I had to wait for 22 minutes inside just to get my small order wrong which took another 5 minutes for them to correct. The young man on the register was new and had no idea how to take orders and bag them up. Even though i had waited that long there was still 7 people behind me that had not yet been waiting on. I stopped going there for this reason. But looks like ill stop going there again. I dont recommend this place to anyone.

I went in today 4/28 around 7pm, I was hoping to take my kids to play in the playground & eat. I checked the other Burger King first & theirs was closed so I explained that to a heavy fit girl at this location, she told me they closed it and it seemed as she didn't care what I had to say. On the drive thru window it says the lobby closes at 11! She said they close it 2 hrs before (which 7 isn't)! So I go through the drive thru & another girl on there just hands me my food & says nothing, she was rude as well as the other one! Our chicken fries were hard as rocks, VERY UNPLEASANT!!

They just hear an span accent and begin treating you as 1 Idiot 2 Poor. Cult people know u get only one accent. I speak Eng,Span, Ger and learning French. All europeans know that. As regular people on street they should treat u with manners. More here Im a customer. They treat you as high school bullies. Bad manners using someone's company to hit on people by discriminating them. Specially when ur realatives came also from mx.

Burger King on Bardsley is one of our favorite places, especially in the winter because it's cold or rainy we can spend 5$ and just chill in the kids zone while my son plays with other kids. They do always forget his dipping sauce in his kids meal though, every time we go I have to ask for it but it doesn't bother me. If we drove through though yeah that would suck so check your bags.

Im not one to give a review ever, but I feel I have to. My friends went to this place yesterday Sunday 09/17/2017 they said they had a horrible experience, service was horrible and the employees were rude and even denied them from a cup for water. I told them I was going and they told me not to because of their experience I still went the next day 09/18/2017 I asked for what you see in The receipt I asked for no pickles and still got pickles I asked for ranch for my daughters nuggets and got absolutely no sauce I went drive thru my friends were walk-ins. Point is if you are paying for a service they should at least give you what you are paying for!
