Whats to like..... ruined smoothie untrained rude management or the low mask look, well it was worse when making my order they had the masks completely down....see the happy faces.

Trey and Mikaela are such amazing managers. they know exactly what they’re doing and the customer service is top tier. my favorite location by far. i love you guys❤️keep up the good work. the orange dream machine is literally so amazing and it’s my favorite drink in the world it’s so dreamy and so machiney🍊⚙️

I’d give it 4 stars for the location, but if I’m being honest, it’s the best one in the area by far. Staff are always polite and the smoothies are consistent both with texture, taste, and the speed they are made. Great stuff!

Today my bestfriend and I went to the mall, we were feeling a bit parched and we decided to grab smoothies from Jamba. The girlies who took our order were super nice! The girl who made our drinks was super nice too! The thing that really threw me off was the fact that the so-called "manager" named Nicole left the store to chat with a friend while the other girls were busy cleaning and making drinks. Once our drinks was finished Nicole SNATCHED my friends drink from the girl making them and DOWNED IT HERSELF! The girl who made our drink was kind enough to remake our drink and apologize for her behavior. How do you call yourself a manager when you don't even help your team out and you go around snatching drinks? and may I add that it was a Razzmatazz smoothie she took! Well if that's how you run a business lord have mercy!

Don’t order online.
Online order experience was a joke.
Here I am waiting half an hour on my lunch break at the pick up line for them to tell me they are out of oranges.
Status
Asked for a refund. Got an email that said order was completed. Will update once funds are credited back to my card.
