The most amazing staff, I tend to linger just because of them. Everyone is always so happy to see you, and is genuinely interested in treating you as though you're the only customer in the store while they are assisting you with your meal. They offer suggestions that are always on point and to my taste when I'm pondering options, for instance the suggestion of the cheese bread for my spicy Italian which was not something I'd had before and was perfect. Very talkative and personable while also navigating all of the things you're requesting going down the line, just having a conversation - and being engaged while also demonstrating amazing skill with their hands doing so. Impressive seeing people enjoying their work and dealing with people who are mostly kind but not always as they should be. I have been going to Subway since it opened, this is by far my favorite Subway, on 12th and Valencia. The freshest ingredients always mounded up and ready to go. All those ads and posters you see everywhere with the super super fresh ingredients to build this amazing sandwich? They're all here - they do exist in the best Subways but more than that the service here is what always brings me back. Try this location, it's PERFECT. **Remember, it is not nice and you must never bully someone on their job. There's a word for that and it's not Karen - it's coward. You may disagree and wish to take your dispute further, but be kind to those serving you. There is a way to speak to people, but don't be rude and bully someone working. Be respectful to those that serve you and validate them for their effort doing so. Kindness is EVERYTHING!! You rock Subway!

The old reviews that are one star are not true of this store anymore I always order a spicy italian made like a pizza sub and this is the only store in Tucson to honor that special order with pride never have problems with the staff they are the most amazing team of sandwich artists to grace us they are always so nice here keep up the great work guys your doing an amazing job sincerely a regular customer.

I went to subway today around 3:30 pm here in Tucson location on 6445 S. 12th ave when in I entered the subway the area was very clean and the staff greeted we with a friendly smile i felt like i was visiting my home when i entered the counter Jackie took my order she was very sweet and had this sweet smile i never had a great professional employee to explain my order on what i wanted she did a great job i feel she would move up as a team leader and most of all I would recommend her to do my order anytime i head to subway " Great Job Jackie" I would recommend my fiend to visit subway you have the best sandwich and awesome soups

I rated Subway on 12th/Valencia a 5 star Reason why the staff greets me with a very well welcome it like I'm at home Jackie greets me with a friendly smile she very professional on her job i would recommend her on doing my service and i would recommend my friends and family to this subway it is very clean the soups are very good even the sandwich
