Me and my nana went to this Starbucks and my nana has never ordered anything here before and she wanted a coffee and the person who took our order Jay,explained it very nice to her and told her the different coffees they have and it was very nice of him to explain it to her I’m glad we went.

We went through the drive-thru, and it was very busy. They were very nice considering having that many people. In the end, it was very rewarding to wait patiently for our frozen refresher. Good job, guys, for having such good customer service.

Stopped in on a very busy Sunday. This place use to be drive through and mobile order only so it was nice to sit there while meeting with a friend and catching up. Drinks are consistent with other Starbucks I’ve been to. Cashier was friendly.

Starbucks is always so packed.. But still need that coffee in the morning. I had the vanilla bean it may not have coffee but it wakes me up.. It is a wait but I have noticed if you go in the coffee shop it take less time then drive threw.

Today Josh gave the friendliest service that I have ever had at this location. It was nice to be greeted with a smile even when just picking up a mobile order. He clearly enjoys his job!

I stop here in the evenings and they know my order. I like steamed cream and even though I can't put that in the mobile app, they all know to make it that way. I was in the other day and had a nice chat with the crew as they were making my order. It's nice to be recognized and appreciated.
