Subway

Absolutely horrible! I ordered online 2 sandwiches one sandwich was good but the one I got had so many thick stems and end pieces from the banana peppers. I registered a complaint online to subway and the owner contacted me within a hour I sent her pictures of some of the stems and ends and she said “ Absolutely ridiculous! I'll get to it bottom of this. I am so sorry! “ that was 3 days ago and I haven’t heard anything back . Which to me means I’ll send a generic answer make you feel like I’ll be doing something about it but really I could care less !

The absolute worst subway we have ever been in. I don't get cheese because of allergies. That's a savings for the restaurant. I asked for extra pickles and olives. I got one pickle slice. 6 olives slices. When I told the blonde haired woman working there at 9.16.37 on June 16th. She got a worse attitude. Rudest lady I've ever seen. There was one clean table. Floors aren't very clean. Grease is all over the cookie case. I would say avoid this subway. I took pictures but there's no option to post. Wish I could give it zero stars.

The Subway in Troy is a favorite with all my family and friends, a friendly atmosphere, greets you when you enter the shop, and the shop is alway clean and brightly lighted. The subs are are always well made with fresh ingredients. And service is quick, so you don't have to wait long for your order. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I highly recommend you go and see the good folks at Subway in Troy NC. You'll be glad you did.

I think it's great service and great employees. they are kind and I don't understand why you people are bitching about the meat on the sandwiches, if y'all weren't such an idiot . would understand that the corporation sets the limits they just had to follow the rules .why don't you get a brain ,stop being such fat asses and just eat what they give you probably good that you ain't getting a lot anyway. Hahaha
