Wendy's

Visited for breakfast 2 days in a row. First day I had to wait for the sausage to get cooked and they forgot the potato wedges. By the time I got them, they weren't very hot. Second day I asked for hot sauce on my breakfast sandwich and was assured I'd have it. Got on the road and no hot sauce. I also ordered unsweetened tea with lemon wedge and got unsweetened tea and lemonade mixed. It was good but not what I ordered. The same young man took my drive through orders both days. He was very nice but didn't double check the orders. I worked at Wendy's in high school (80's) and the cashier always had the responsibility to make sure the order was correct with all the condiments BEFORE it went out the window. Personality is nice but without customer service I won't return anytime soon.

Waited over half an hour for a mobile order and they weren't busy at all. Called over and over and finally someone answered and told me I had to come in and check in for the mobile order. The app said to park in a mobile spot and the order would be out in five minutes. Currently still waiting for the food to come out, 37 minutes since I let them know on the app that I was here… slowest and worst service Ive experienced anywhere! I like how they tried to make me feel like it was my fault, though. Nice touch, Wendy’s

A good handful of times on my way to work I stop here for dinner. I get my usual which 98% of the time they get right 80% of the time I get a straw, but today when I handed my money to the African American lady she seemed unpleased and didn't offer my change back. I find it rude that I wasn't even asked and that they just closed the window. I moved to this town to get away from the ghetto, so if I wanted that type of service I would drive down to Dayton.

Incompetent workers, extremely long waits, undercooked food. Half the crew just stands around doing nothing. 10 years ago this was the best Wendy's around. Not sure if they changed owners or just became lazy. We did a paid online order and when we arrived they had closed early because employees walked out.

There lobby is barely ever open and their hours don't match the sign they put on the lobby door and their was a manger guy who is nasty as hell.we got told due to their lack of staff and lobby is always closed that we could walk threw the drive threw and not get denied and it worked for three weeks now all of a sudden a male manger over weight with blonde hair and glasses with a snobby attitude refused us service. They say they need help bad but I did an application and got denied.advise people to eat else where.the other Wendy's in Troy on main street is fantastic.

3 times now in a 2 WK period I've come thru the drive thru because the lobby is rarely ever open anymore, all 3 times I ordered a plain cheese burger for my son and all 3 times the cheeseburger has had pickle and onion in it..I shouldn't have to open every item to make sure it's correct before I leave the drive-thru and I'm not going to wait in the drive thru line 20 min a second time to have it corrected...this location used to be awesome but has definitely gone downhill in the last 6 months....get it together please, I enjoy coming to this location and I'm pretty forgiving I know mistakes happen.

I was hungry for a single Christmas Eve eve day so pulled into this Wendy's. The drive thru line was back to the road. It was 35 minutes before I placed my order and 10 minutes before I was at the pick up window. I said you're really busy and she said there was only 2 employees working. Instead of complaining I gave her a nice tip. If they weren't at work my single craving never would have happened. Be humble and kind and show these workers you appreciate them showing up when no one else wants to work.
