Tim Hortons

While most other cafes and coffee shops have been long open for dining in, Tim Horton's (at least this location) isn't. I remember enjoying bringing in my laptop for some work and coffee, but not anymore. The last time I remember going in there was Fall of 2020. And to make it worse, they close at 3 now. And for some reason, do not have strawberry filled (jelly) doughnuts. I like this place, and I still go to their drive through at least twice a week, but I really hope it goes back to how it was.

Spnarky young people got the order wrong, a simply bagel sandwich and a coffee, nothing complex. Brought it to their attention they became oddly very defensive. We simply asked them to make as ordered, they charged extra money to fix the order. Insane. Coffee was more cream than coffee, asked for it to be made to order, they insisted it was ordered as given. I spoke with the manager, just as bad as the employees. No apologies, just attitude. Service industry has died.

Waited 25 mins before even ordering and they messed up more than half of my order. I get times are different now but things should not have been this bad. Gotta learn a better way of handling busy situations maybe tell drive thru to please wait two mins while you take care of the people standing in your dining room. We felt bad the boy kept getting yelled at who was trying to help us but wasn’t his fault. They need a better leader maybe, don’t know the answer just warning others if you don’t want to waste your time don’t go here.

The worst tim hortons ever i ordered four French vanilla the drinks were just like hot water I took them back they say the machine is broke we make it by hands which is not supposed to do that they should not selling it, and then they add just a powder and it was super thick drink and super sweet no one could drink it waste of money bad service.
