Ihop

Of all the IHOP locations I have been to over the years, I am happy to say that this location is one of the best. I've ordered breakfast and lunch here a couple times a month for the past few months and I love it. Online ordering is a breeze, the food is always very well prepared and delicious, and I am always welcomed with friendly service when I arrive to pick up my order. I've yet to dine-in at this location but I can't imagine it being much different. Thank you IHOP in Trinity!!!

It seems quality of food is going down. Turkey tasted like packaged lunch meat. Totally tasteless. Broccoli was definitely frozen. Lots of end pieces. Salad was ok except for the red onion tops. Lol. Burgers and fries were pretty good. Kind of put off by the lipstick that was on my coffee cup though. On the flip side our waitress was wonderful!

So I'm just now leaving this restaurant, and I use that term loosely. 2 tables in this place we're occupied. The only bright spot of this entire visit was that we were seated promptly. I suspect if the cashier hadn't just finished cashing someone else out we would have had quite the wait. We were brought drinks, drank them. And 15 minutes later my companion had to get the waitresses attention to get refills. Mind you there are still only 2 occupied tables. About 20 minutes later out food arrives, lukewarm at best. I was told that I had to wait for the gravy that comes with my meal. 10 minutes later that arrives, my meal is over half eaten. And that's a good thing, because the one ounce souffle cup they brought to me barely covered what was left. but at least it was hot! Quite honestly the worst service, and the worst meal I've ever had at an IHOP.i won't return here, and as I love close I will be sure to tell everyone I know about this catastrophe.

Ordered the special seasonal pancakes. Cranberry vanilla. The picture on the menu shows 4 pancakes with tons of vanilla icing on top AND icing in the middle. That is what I wanted so that’s what I ordered to go…I received 4 plain pancakes a tiny little container of cranberry and a thumbprint of icing! This looks nothing like the picture. Why are you being stingy with the icing? This won’t even cover one pancake let alone top and in the middle. I paid $12 for four plain pancakes. Also, no whipped cream and no powdered sugar. Charge me $12 and lead off the add-ons?? Not happy. The picture below shows what I got as opposed to what I was supposed to get.
