We walked in at 7:20 with no reservation and were welcomed with a warmth and politeness. We ordered our meals which arrived piping hot not 15 minutes later. All of the staff were attentive and kind. We’ve had a lovely meal so far, one I paused to write this review because I cannot get over the sheer professionalism and hospitality. You can just tell this restaurant is well run. The price point is great also. I shall definitely be dining here again and strongly recommend.

We highly recommend this nice restaurant. High quality food with great atmosphere. I'm grateful for Artur when he took our order. I ordered Prawn Risotto, and he suspected I didn't eat pork. So he highlighted to me that "Chorizo" was a a Spanish pork, and I asked him to exclude it. He excluded it and asked the chef to add more prawn instead. His nice gesture has left a very positive impression. Thanks to Artur as much as the distance from Dammam, Saudi Arabia to Manchester, England!

I went for a quick bite to eat with my girlfriend a young lad by the name Leon served us and was absolutely exceptional his ethic and manner were a joy and he was very polite. We also spoken with his manager Amy who was equally as lovely and also impressed by him as it was his first day of waiting tables to which he did incredible 100% 10/10 from the lad would love to see him there again next time

Excellent food, really really well made . Portions satisfying. Great customer service. All serving staff working together delivering exceptional service. Many places should take them as example, seriously. Made every moment right and special. Lovely decor, nice music. Fast service. Attention to detail. I wish i had staff as good in my workplace 😉 well done EST. Didnt told them its my bday and experience was as great as if they would put an special effort.

This is one of the Italian restaurants that I like in Manchester. Their dishes are really tasty and portions are good.

Great experience by our waitress, food over all were good specially the pizza . Price were also good around £10-15 per main. Really recommended visiting if you are at the Trafford centre.

Est est est is always nice, If you don't like what you have ordered don't be afraid to try something else. Have been to this one couple times in the last six months, The Caesar salad and the meatballs, are definitely a good choice, The alcoholic drinks are always really nice as well if your not hungry.
