Cunningham's makes the best bread in all of Baltimore City. Hands down. If they ever stop baking bread I will probably cry. Crispy crust, tender interior, jaw-wringing gluten-riffic chew. Try one of every kind. Get an extra for the freezer. I mean, seriously, it's just crazy good bread.

Cozy cafe with an interesting menu located on the street level of what used to be One Investment Place... The latte was on point and the egg scramble is worth coming back for again sometime!

This used to be my girlfriend and I go to cafe. The quality used to be great, however lately the quality is not there anymore. I’m seeing new face every time when we go and the drinks are just getting worse and worse.

The hot chicken sandwich I've gotten several times before that was always crunchy and fried didn’t seemed like it was fried at all this time. Fries were good though.I also enjoy the breakfast sandwich.

Great food and the service was wonderful as well. We loved the open air atmosphere and outdoor seating. They have their own parking garage making it real easy to get in and out of. Looking forward to another night out there soon.

I love this place. Emma is a wonderful and friendly barista. The food, coffee, and bread are really good and it's a great spot for a quick lunch or study sesh with a friend. Free parking is always a plus. (French onion soup and Truffle mac and cheese pictured)

Place looks amazing, staff is friendly and home to the most adorable La Marzocco I've ever seen. Cold brew was fine. My 'espresso' was absolutely massive, lacked any sort of texture and came out as flat as a batch brew. Ceremony's Antithesis blend is on bar so the flavor was ok. Overall not the best coffee but it seems geared more towards food.

Such a trendy lil spot. I love love love the decor. It’s romantic rustic and chic. The happy hour menu is decent. Staff are pleasant. Food is delish!!! I didn’t take a pic of the pizza but it was good and thin just how I like it.
