love the food but theres one employee that kept creeping up on me and kept teying to talk to me when i was there with my freind then he actwd like he was wiping down the tables to touch my hand it was disgusting the stuff he was doing definetly restraining order meterial his name was jeff and had cery pimpley face and hes tall white boy and akinny

I am not a coffee drinker and went through the drive thru for my sister. Her order was a large coffee, French Vanilla, 4 sugars, 8 creams... They asked me, if I had a cup. I was like, do I need one? They were, yes, if you need a refill? I said it was a new order? The window person was clueless and another person had to step forward as the previous one had an emotional breakdown. I repeated the order and the new person said okay. I did not find out until my sister went to drink her coffee, it was totally wrong. This is the third incident at this South Main Street site that has screwed up orders. The other two were just donut orders. Get some competent people!!!

I came here three times this week to get coffee and food for my wife and kids and I. None of these visits ended with my order being correct, and on my third visit (where my food and drink order were both wrong) I was told it is what it is by management. There's plenty of other Dunkins in town that will get it right or at least fix it when it's wrong.

This particular Dunkin always messes up my order in one way or another. On top of that, half of the time they're out of certain donuts when I get there on weekends - and this is fairly early in the day, around noon. There are a few employees there that are fantastic at their job, but they're few and far between
