Not even a star. I was picking up the sandwiches that I ordered on the app and was yelled at by rudest employee. He was yelling at me like I was stealing them.
He told me to bring the bag over the counter and told me to show my name on the app while everyone was watching me.
I never had this horrible and embarrassing experience anywhere before. And I came home, found all footlong are cut half and individually wrapped with only one paper and all the sauces were leaked out. I made it sure to wrap them with at least two papers on the memo at the app.
Very rude and unprofessional work and service.
I had lived in south bay over 20 years and will never come here.
And I won't recommend this place to anyone.
One more incident before, an employee sneezed with hand on her nose while making sandwich in front of me a year ago here.
I let that pass because I didn't want problem.
This is enough all along. I will never come here.

To be able to purchase any 3 foot longs for $17.99 and not have to cook dinner after a long day at work is simply a blessing!
I took a picture of my flat bread veggie samich!
I love their flat bread because I don't feel stuffed after enjoying my foot long!
The variety of veggies they had were fresh and tasted so very good!!

Ordered online. Went to get food. No clue what was going on. Couldn't look up order number and wouldn't try, had payment confirmation number. Still no luck, spent 3 days trying to get a refund. These guys down here have no clue. Subway in general in this area is lacking. Corporate needs to come in and do some serious house cleaning around here. Subway, you are also at fault. If you're running a app or website for ordering you should have 24hr help or at least until later in the evening.

This is my second time at this location and it won't be my last. The staff are awesome. Waited on by Jose Garcia, an ubelievably friendly and efficient person. His attitude makes this a great store.

This subway is clean, and has friendly service. Except, they do not do well with on line orders. They did not add the mayo, oil and vinegar to the sandwiches. They were really dry. When I called the store, I spoke to an employee who said that "it's possible" that they didn't add these condiments and that I could come in for new replacement sandwiches.
This is not the 1st time that Subway has messed up my on line order and then offered the food to be replaced instead of my money back. After going through the entire ordeal, I really wasn't hungry anymore.
I got the food replaced, but I wished that I had just asked for a refund.
