Starbucks

came here today and ordered a matcha frappe. when my drink was done they called my name. When i got up to get my drink they allowed another customer to pick it up and touch it. I said "no" repeatedly to the customer. The barista who called my name heard me and saw what happened. I don't know why he still allowed that customer to touch my drink, especially during this time of covid

This location has consistent problems with accuracy making drinks I get the same iced coffee every time and every time I pick it up it tastes different. the barista’s put different amounts of ice milk syrup it’s always different. One time I had tried to order a blonde hot coffee in the late afternoon they gave me old cold coffee

Starbucks is always a nice place for coffee. Nice cozy place. However all their coffee, even the light ones are all too acidic. I have a comment for starbucks to consider serving a light coffee that doesn’t actually cause any heart burn. Similar to dunkin regular coffee. I was a 2 years drinker of coffee from starbucks then got severe heart burn, until i couldnt drink starbucks anymore. And i changed to Dunkin coffee then i felt no heart burn and since them i am faithful dunkin donuts coffee drinker. Ofcourse i dont expect starbucks to take me seriously, but this is one of the reasons you guys are actually loosing business in many places around the world. Wish you a better lifecycle and feedback monitoring with your customers. Good luck
