The big crunch box was tasty, but combining it with Sprite is not advised because it was completely watered down. Overall, it's a good place to grab a quick lunch if you prefer food courts to dining out.

I waited 10 minutes on the line. I ordered 2 Big Crunch Combos. I saw a big group of people ordering after me. As I waited 20 minutes for my order, everyone got their order and left, including that group of people. I told this to one of the employees and he said somebody took my order... How about instead of calling out the combos, call out an order number or the costumers name, to prevent stuff like this from happening? Wasted half an hour just to get my food. Will not be coming back.

The food is not as it should be, the chicken legs looks like they are crunchy but they are too oily and juicy

This location doesn’t deserve even 1 star. Cashier is rude. RUDE every single time. Last time we bought food here, my husband and I got sick. I also gave a small piece to my dog, got sick as well. Never buying here again.

This kfc is 5 stars because the zinger burger and the super super chicken were really fresh, tasty, and marvellously delicious. Definetly would come by here again!

Soggy greasy chicken that's mostly batter. Chicken was flavourless too.
I get that they're busy being in a mall and all but I'm never coming back and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
Makes all KFC restaurants look bad and I'm questioning if they're all like this or it's only this particular location.
Tiny thighs compared to Popeyes.
In conclusion, yuck.

Fast food joint, price I paid is not bad for what I got. Would maybe on some uncommon occasion go eat there. It is a quick bite though.
