If I could post a 0 star review I certainly would. I normally don’t leave reviews as I feel airing complaints online don’t solve anything but this situation was handled so poorly I have no choice. First, I have ordered from this particular location before and have had multiple orders messed up but I’m typically on lunch so don’t have the time to run back and get it fixed. Today, I ordered my sandwich on the kiosk like I normally do and when I get back to work open it up and has the completely wrong meat on the sandwich. No problem, I have the time to run back today and have it fixed. So I walk in the front door and wait patiently in line only to be greeted by a gentleman who couldn’t even look at me in my eyes while I explained the issue because he seemed to be under the influence on some sort of narcotic as his eyes were literally rolling all over the place, I’ve literally never seen anything like it before for someone being on the company clock. Furthermore, he proceeds to call me “bud” and says he can’t help me out because that’s how it was ordered.. are you kidding me? I literally paid $8.50 for a sandwich 5 minutes ago it was made incorrectly and now he “can’t help me”. How ridiculous. All in all, it’s only a sandwich and I hope that guy gets the help he needs but this situation should seriously be looked into more! - KC

Ordering and waiting was not bad today, other than at the window I had to basically stick my hand into the window to grab my food due to the window server not attempting to step closer to hand me my items. When I got home and opened my sandwich the 6” was rolled into a circle, none of the items or sauce were on my sandwich. I will definitely never come back to this subway.

They still haven't refunded my money when they said it would take 3 days and it's now been 6 days. They didn't even make the sandwiches. Not so bad and I thought I could get that fixed, but they do not answer their phone. I've been calling for 2 days at different times and no one answers and their voicemail is full.

Long wait. The automated touch kiosk at the drive-up is kinda different. But change is always difficult and different. Subway should consider giving each customer a cookie if their Wait-time is over 5 minutes! I waited in the drive thru line for over 10 minutes. The food is tasty... But due to the long wait I would consider another franchisee next time.

I placed the order online and the website stated $5.00 foot longs if you buy 2. I ordered 4 and still paid full price. When I picked up the order they claimed the special ended yesterday. They claimed the manager was not available to speak with me. 2 days later now, the website is still saying $5.00 foot longs if you buy 2. Simple bait and switch. I will not order from the 5421 SW 21 st in Topeka ever again. In fact, I am wondering why not just do all my business with Mr. Goodcents.
