Denny's

I usually remember names when I give reviews so I apologize to my waitress for description and not name in this review as she was awesome. Our waitress by choice wore gloves as she waited on us and I remember thinking how special you hat made me feel that she went that extra mile to make sure she did not spread ANYTHING between people or tables. So if I did not say it then, thank you ma'am. Our food was warm, excellent customer service, brought my special flavored creamer and coffee coming, toast just like I like it. Thank you. 😊

Ok I would give this Denny's (Wanamaker) minus stars if I could because of the service we were taken to the table, and no one came for 12 minutes then they were rude and wasn't a smile to be found another customer ask for manager and was told no they wouldn't get her. It was one of the worst experiences I have had in a long time at a restaurant. I will give the cook props the food was very good.

It took a while to be seated and the place was near barron. Their new chef was a clear cut addict who had no concept of how to make toast let alone anything else. Worst of all the bill ended at 45$. I left a 10 for the waitress and 3 stars because of her also, wish I could leave her name. Fantastic server, literally everything else about this experience said never again Dennys.

After a very long drive on the road and reaching Topeka Kansas as a spot to rest late at night all the other restaurants were either closed or weren’t serving any other people. this Denny’s location was able to accommodate and serve food for the family after a long trip. We had the pleasure of dealing with Ernica She was very awesome and very kind!

Stood there waiting for anyone to acknowledge me for 5 minutes so I could be seated. Multiple employees walked up to the host stand and pretended like they didn’t see me, so I left. There was maybe 10 people in the entire restaurant and an equal number of employees, so staffing was not the issue here. Won’t go back.
