Clean tidy and staff are always polite and helpful. Lots of parking and a lovely cafe inside, but they don't so take away hot drinks

Always a good store with plenty of choice of fresh food and vegetables. A larger store than Sevenoaks Waitrose, which we tend to use more . Tonbridge Waitrose usually has the paper we prefer too.
Tonbridge is particularly good for wine advice from Warren, if he is in. Seek him out!

This is a good store I use it regularly. The checkout staff are always very nice. Today Phil the checkout operator was delightful. A lovely word for everyone and extremely cheerful. A pleasure to be served by him and a credit to Waitrose and I'm sure I'm not the only person that has said so.

Very lovely man on the meat counter, helpful, professional with a smile. Sadly i didnt get his name but if he reads this - the 2 ox cheeks and you went to see if there were anymore. Ask him to train anyone that needs customer service training 👍

It's a food convenience store of a well known brand name or supermarket in other terms.
Have known of & used Waitrose for years so knew what to expect but first time shopping there while wearing a mask / trying to keep to social distancing etc.
This store didn't let me down, I was able to find the items I needed & pleased to see other shoppers observing 'Distancing' while going about their own tasks.
Staff were evident, carefully restocking shelves, wearing masks themselves & keeping apart from shoppers as needed.
Overall a good worthwhile trip, further restoring confidence to shop in person, whilst observing current measures in place, if Home Delivery isn't available.

Went on Saturday morning. Not overly busy. Staff friendly and had everything I needed. Queue at self checkouts mainly down to people with trolleys who probably could have gone to the main checkouts.

Great little store. Staff were friendly and helpful. Plenty of stock on the shelves at 7pm on a Monday. The toilets were clean, but the liquid soap had run out. Liquid sanitiser was available outside the toilets.
