Update: 4/15/23
They have updated their speaker system outside in the drive-thru. Much better experience. They also highered some new employees and got rid of a few. Definitely much better!
Drive thru employees are really rude! They dont know how to say hello, thank you or please. There is no greeting from them at all... Just "What can I get you" and then they're constantly saying "what, I cant hear you". Dunkin in Tom's River on Rt 37 seriously needs to update their speaker system or something.

Hi travel from Lacey township to go to this Dunkin' donuts because they actually make your frozen coffee delicious I don't like had a charge for whipped cream I never used to but all of a sudden now it's an add-on come on guys you guys make enough money let's make the whipped cream free

Place is great but the sandwiches are just so so they are just bland coffees good when only when it's freshly made bagels are good when they are fresh I have a Dunkin card and that makes it easy to pay all and all it's ok for a fast food place

I'm so thankful I came to the Dunkin' Donuts here and was waited on by a nice young lady by the name of Kay unfortunately there's very not nice gentleman by the name of Joe I'm kind of like past the buck over to her but she was very friendly and very kind and she would be the reason that I would come back to the store

Dunkin' Donuts never fails my appreciation for the people who work there and fix what I order. Very pleasant always smiling and work quickly.

I like the options, and some were very very good. If you want to steer clear of the sweet stuff get the Avacado toast, delicious. The donuts are still yummy. I wish they wouldn't put peper on every thing..there are some folks that don't like it.

Love the night crew ...they have my coffee charge butterpecan turbo shot light a light and sweet ready before I order. Quick and on point very hard working!!! If I move anywhere far away I will still drive over just to go to this dunkin.. Very pleased I look forward to my dunkin stop every day!!
