This location is typically well run, compared to other locations. Over the years I've never had any reason to complain other than when the frosty machine isn't running but every fast food joint pulls that nonsense. Wendy's has best burgers of the "big 3", in my opinion.

Waited at the drive through order area for like 5 minutes no one said anything I finally said hello are you open? Someone rudely said you can go ahead…the person should of of nicely asked how can I help you when I got there not make me wait 5 minutes and wait on me to say something…got a medium fry and there was the same amount that I get in a small. Won’t be back

Mobile ordering is supposed to be a convenience... well NOT HERE! I did a mobile order and still had to wait in the XXL drive thru line! Signs in the door day "dining room open" yet the doors are locked! So ridiculous!

Wendy's on laskey road Toledo Ohio is terrible have gone there several times and have gotten terrible food and very very poor service. They always miss something in my order and they never give a receipt when you call to tell them they missed something in your order and never gave you a receipt manager says not reciept not there problem. Poor customer service.

The manager Tasha was very helpful nice to see someone running a tight ship...I asked for everything to be fresh and it was identical to commercial food and hot best service I ever had from Wendy's

Being waited on and getting my food quickly is the only reason for one star. The soda was flat,the fries extremely over salted and my Baconater looked like it was sat on before being wrapped up

Chicken sandwich was ok but hot and crispy fries what a joke!! They were Cold and tasted like old grease! Very bad!

Well waited for 15 minutes in the drive thru with only 2 cars in front of me. So after patiently waiting I received my food. I ordered a 10 piece nugget was given a 4 piece. Ordered fries with no salt was given cold fries with salt. I attached a pic of the burger my daughter my ordered. My baconator was decent. But when I called the manager to see if they would remake my order she gave me an attitude and was very rude. Will not go back ever.
