The Kiosk should not be your only ordering option, but that was the case. I'm generally fine with the Kiosk, but when there are 2 Kiosks and 3 people over the age of 80 trying to operate them with no assistance, it tends to lose its convenience. I stepped to the counter where I was told Kiosk only. When I told the woman, who didn't even have the decency to step to the counter to address me, she offered no solution and scurried to the back. This location has declined terribly since Covid. If it's not urgent, drive 2 and a half miles west to a cleaner, better, more efficient location.

Most of the time this location is very quick. Unfortunately sometimes the food isn't always the most fresh. However, tonight it was fresh and hot. It was during the late night dinner runs. Very good food.

I wish I could give them ZERO stars... they got my order COMPLETLY wrong, then argued and cussed at me that it was correct! This is the worst fast food place I've ever been to! I definitely will NOT be back if this is how they treat their customers!!

Food is always on point as well as the smoothies. Look exactly like the photos. Taste great. Staff is friendly and efficient. Even when I go here mid week during rush hour lunch- they get me in and out fast and efficiently!

We came thru the drive thru late and we had 3 orders. The lady that took my order was very nice and polite. When we got our food everything was very hot and fresh. If we are ever back in town again we will definitely stop by here again.

Becka deserves to be manager knows her job inside and out and I never leave reviews!!! Great person! Made me feel welcomed for the first time ever at a fast food place!

The employees at this store are BEYOND RUDE and inconsiderate. They find pleasure at screaming (literally screaming and swearing) at customers and making fun of someone's appearance. When I asked for a corporate number I was swore at and again ridiculed and made fun of for my appearance. The things said and shaming someone should NOT be tolerated by anyone. I do plan on contacting the corporate office and taking this as high up as I need to. But due to the two employees here that did that I will NEVER return to this location again.

I waited in line for 30 min because the drive thru was only open I didn't get my order I didn't get the cinimin twist and when I called to report that I didn't get my correct order the phone was going to a fax machine
