They didn’t respond to the second speaker. We waited for almost half an hour. All other customers in the first speaker were able to get their food even though they were there after us. They said both of the speakers are open, but there was no one in the second speaker. We had to leave. The employees are good when you come in the store and order food, but man that drive through is really really bad and frustrating.

Ordered on their app then sat in my car at the curbside pickup for an hour! Then had to drive around threw drive thru to tell them I'm still waiting on my order, then the drive thru worker hands me a partial order and not the full order that I ordered, after talking to three people at the drive thru and showed them my confirmation email they tell me to pull up and they'll bring me the rest of my order, waited another ten minutes then they bring me what I thought was the rest of my order only to get home and found out they're still missing some of my order, and the food was cold! They said they accidentally gave my order to someone else, how can they when I was originally parked at the curbside pickup area? Very unorganized! It's like they don't know WTH they're doing! Won't go here again!

How is the concept of hot fries so hard? Like, "not enough staff" isn't an excuse anymore, I work retail and I'm not allowed to use poor service as an excuse for it. These fries taste like they're a week old and get charged full price for it. Screw that.

Worst costumer service ever. The employee that took my order didn't greet me at all she just said and I quote "you can go ahead and order". That's it, literally. And she didn't take my order until I waited for ten minutes. Like, I thought it was called FAST-food for a reason. I won't be coming to this McDonald's for a while.

If i could give them a negative star i would, the absolute worst McDonald’s in Toledo. I have yet to meet a person there with any type of customer service skills, all the employees stand around on there phones and that’s why it takes 12 hours to get your food

So not trying to be a Karen but I pull up and they tell the car instantly before pull forward. I sit there for 15 minutes (timed it) before they say "were closed" I say "`what" stunned i was waiting that long in her ear for her to say that as they just talked to the other car they replied "I don't have workers"... Like that's not my issue my issue is I wasted that gas idling when I pulled right up after you told them to move forward for you to say that. Like really no wonder did you forget to mention the time like you diddnt mention you were closed 10 minutes ago?

I order a Watermelon strawberry icy Medium size and got a small size cup they got me good on that will never order there again or any other McDonald's again. They miss lead on a lot of things.

They are terrible here! You’ll wait at least 15 mins at the speaker and that’s a minimum wait time lol. And then once you finally get someone, you’ll have to repeat yourself at least 5 times prolly cuz they aren’t paying attention. Lucky if they get your order right.
