I just pulled in outside is clean up to date. Not busy at all 2 people ahead of me. The employee greated me as soon as i walked in door. Its clean, smells great. Definitely a good place

My friend Leslie and I came in for a quick bite. The place was clean, friendly and organized. We went to the Subway on Reynolds Road. There are so many vegetarian options I just love it.

2121 Reynolds Rd store only: Out of basic meat types (ham and turkey) on multiple occasions (yet all surrounding Subways had these items). Will not customize orders without a huge fuss (and sometimes outright refused). Questionable hygiene of some employee's. It appears as if this particular Franchise has poor management or ownership, as the issues seem to stem from "rules & ordering" to poor employee judgement... There are way too many Subway's in the area.. Skip this one and go to another.

Fast and friendly service, as always. I tried the new Sesame Ginger chicken wrap and it was a great choice. The chicken is really tender & the wrap has good flavor. I'm typically not a fan of their cookies, but the new raspberry lemonade cookies were really tasty!

Very attentive and swift employees. Even with just the two employees present and a "lunch rush" they efficiently took orders, made sandwiches and rung people up . No complaints. Shop wash clean and well organized.

I usually don’t complain about anything but the employee I dealt with was extremely rude! She should not be dealing with the general public! I am a well established business owner in the Toledo area. If one of my employees were as rude as she was on July 8, 2:00 pm I would really want to know!

I usually always have exceptional service at this location with everybody but Noel. Noel refused to make a sub per my request. I even requested that she call a manager to which she refused then gave me the managers number for me to call myself. I work at a local business. I always send people to this location. And I will never do so again. It is my opinion that Noel should not be employed
